Initial Consultation

60 minute initial in-person consultation, weight + BMI analysis with Inbody Scale, vital signs, lab review or order, diet and fitness recommendations, consultation regarding weight loss medication options, and prior authorization if applicable. Cost of medication is not included in this fee.
OR
60 minute In-person consultation for treatment and management of PCOS, and perimenopause/menopause. Cost of medication and labs is not included in this fee.
Follow Up Visit
$199
20-30 minute in-person with Inbody analysis or virtual follow-up sessions to titrate medications, review dietary logs and lifestyle, as well as personal challenges. These visits are typically monthly for the first 3-4 months, and then are spaced in accordance with patient preferences and the care plan developed with the patient. Cost of medication is not included in this fee.
OR
20-30 minute in-person or virtual follow-up sessions for PCOS, perimenopause/menopause management. These sessions are typically after 4-6 weeks of treatment, 3 months, and as needed for titration.
